1. 录制的视频没有声音
1.1. 问题描述
录制的视频没有声音。截图软件出现以下错误提示：
Record with recording audio
if an open app is using WASAPI execusive mode, change it shared mode.
1.2. 原因分析
有应用程序独占了音频设备。
1.3. 解决方法
- 打开
System->Sound设置页面。
- 点击
More Sound Settings。
- 双击当前使用的音频设备
- 取消独占模式的勾选
- 截图软件录屏是打开
